Didn't macker just say this?

<they got through A and A prime but never though B or B prime before they got bought by baxter>

I don't know the history of this company, but isn't macker only saying that they didn't get to phase 2 BEFORE they got bought out, not that they NEVER got to phase 2.

exactly pre-fda, but not fda phase 1, big difference. they will not even be filing for fda approval for a while unless baxter pulls some strings for them. there are different phases within each phase as well, there is A and A prime, B and B prime which is considered phase 1 and 2 within each phase. this is confusing to many and is what also caused a lot of stockholder upset in january when holders had it explained to them, the confusion over pre-fda clinical phases and fda clinical phases obviously still exists, the 10 k confused many. also the phase 2 trials were not conclusive and they had to get more data and enroll more patients so phase 2 has not even been completed.
