We've got a triple bottom around the all time low of 8 5/8, no panic selling taking it lower. If I were short I'd count my blessings, cover now and not be greedy trying for another 1/2 point or so. Bell Atlantic service starts in Sept., they've got to be ordering equipment now. I would imagine demand for the service will be high. Like Dr. Tech said sentiment can change very quickly.
