They must provide liquidity in the stock. Remember the announcement on Russia COULD be the opposite of what evryone expects...that it is NOT a good idea to buy the wells (maybe they were pumped dry during WWII!?) or will cost too much to upgrade. Who knows. But the stock is sliding. Trout. Caution.
