Hi s., 1. Yes, I meant to last Friday contract (HDSL) which, in Israel, the papers said came from DT. 2. The 2 big sellers of the 1.2m are VC ETGAR (an Israeli VC with American investors, probably this director you mentioned is one of them. Yair Shamir was the vc manager at the time of ipo.) and the Israeli public traded (only in Israel) VC Mofet which left with 140k shares after having more than 500k at the ipo. They sold voclf at 4-6 and saw it runs to 33. The ex cfo had very small amount. I guess VP Arazi ( brother of the legendary founder of scixf and efii , efi arazi) sold small amount of his 1%-2% in the company. After the secondary the float will be around 7.2m.(1m+2m+1.2m+ipo). I guess after the secondary we'll hear more good news in order to give the new investors profits. Regards, Shlomi.
