I believe that this was posted earlier in the thread. i know that i have read it, maybe on the edgar site. but that's old news. what date was that posted? Even if it was only last month things are about to happen to overwhelm that.

the renewed interest is just because of that! SGNC is about to enter animal testing.

Andrew,

I believe if you look in SEC filings for ALL Biotech companies in the R & D Stage, you will see the following.

1) Statements like you just posted.
2) Very little if any Revenues.

That's just the nature of these type companies.

I know this, I have had several of these type companies in the past....

But, if they get ANY good results, or any large Med. company to even peek at what they are doing....LOOK OUT!!!

Remember this is a biotech and this is how they operate before funding/backing. This is a fully reporting co and they must disclose risks that may affect stock price. I also believe (and will confirm) that this was released before funding was lined up.

Andrew this is obviously true. But so what? How do you know that the company wont be starting animaltrials on Monday, or whenever? How do we know whether some company hasnt already promised Dr. Drees some money for research? Look, you have a drug here which is a derivative of a drug previously OK'ed by the FDA. There is a resonable chaNCE that this drug will be ok as well. Rather than cause concern, why not wait until I and others can get more info on this drug and company before you make posts such as this one. Try to be a bit open-minded until moreinfo is available.
