Jay I appreciate that post since I am so mentally tired I just agreed .. I am not going to get into all this over and over and over. The company is moving along and taking care of business. A lot of this is redundant and I am tired.

Sorry but I am ... I am doing all I can do but no matter how many post summaries we do, no matter how many times we answer the same question, no matter how many times all this is put to bed. It is going to creep back up.

I suggest additional patent info can be found from the patent attorneys mentioned in the April 16 press release:

Daniel W. Fisher and John H. Spriggs have issued instructions to file additional patents on the DF-144 (Dynamic Fuels) process and newly engineered plant. Brownell & Roberts, Washington D.C.'s foremost patent attorneys will execute this additional breakthrough information in the United States and 80 countries.

Have a nice weekend, all.

Hmmm. Searched the web for the patent attorneys.

patentplus.com

Their office is a few miles from my house. I'll check them out sometime next week.
