To All ATU investors:

I will be able to address the proxy situation later in the week. I will let you know what to do with them. Because there are no posts-do not think nothing is happening on your behalf.

Thanks for your patience!!

John

Thanx for being so patient. I want to make one more phone call before I mention to you what I am doing with my proxies. My present problem is the high salaries that the ATU management is receiving, the delusion of the stock from 5.2M to 14+M, and the fact that there is no sales even Wintergarden is rocky after 18 months-2 weeks before the AGM. No one wants to jump from the frying pan to the fire. I just don't see any cures from the present management. In my conversations with management it has never been said that because they have to cut their burn rate they would reduce their own salaries until a certain stock price was met. All I see is more paper. We may only have one alternative or we may be looking at a 5 cent stock doing a reverse split. This scares the hell out of me. If management was confident in their ability for sales they would never let the stock go below 15 cents. They would be buying it themselves.

Hope to let you know tomorrow-I may have to do it through email because of some VSE restictions. Anyone interested can email me at
