I also called Worldvision. A nice fellow there--I've forgotten the name--said they had spoken with Jimmy Chin today, and that he definitely expected a press release in the coming week announcing the submission of the form to NASDAQ. He suggested that it was mere lawyerly detailizing that was causing the hold up. I suggest that others who are feeling perturbed by the apparent lack of confidence or naysaying shenanigans also call.
