I did not say Dennis can be sued. We are talking about MPEG here. My advise to Dennis was to be careful on what he says on this thread. He has moved on to greener pastures(VSLI) and does not need any headache from MPEG. It was not a threat , it was just a friendly reminder. Peter V...did you know prior to Dennis post that for over 18 months now, that there is NO working GECKO CHIP. did you know prior to Dennis post. that MPEG spends $700,000 for trades show... and 2 months after - cannot meet payroll???? Believe me, I was reminding Dennis to be careful of what he says,only because he was an ex employee - a key ex-employee.You just don't know how vindictive some people can get. If anything else, I am on his side.
