I do know that the Series B preferred stock that represents 4 million underlying common shares is supposed to be restricted from converting into common shares as long as the common shares are below $3 , BUT the language in the 8K is somewhat confusing, and perhaps provides an avenue by which the series B stock could still convert to common shares at these levels.

Restriction on the series A shares is a possible explanation for why ROTIP trades less than 2.7X of ROTI's current price.
