Captain Kirk- More bear meat for your pot: Senator Bennett, chairing
the Congressional committee on the Y2K bug, asserted that "if the
year A.D. 2000 were to begin this weekend, one hundred per cent
of the (electric) power grid would fail," as reported by the Cable
News Network.

But, now, there is no support from the fundamentals this time around.
Well, that's what I'm hearing from the Wall Street folks. In 1994,
etc. P/E was low, companies were making money. Now, with all the
earnings warnings, where is the earnings growth for S&P 500? Are you
saying doesn't matter price momentum will continue in spite of
negative earnings momentum?? How long low interest rates and 10%
M3 growth year-over-year will hold the market?

Please share your thoughts.
Thanks.
