Hello dr.z, In regards to INTC reversing into a Column of O's, that indicates the again supply has taken over and that there are more people looking to sell than to buy the stock. RS is on a Sell signal which is a long loop type signal but the RS is also on a column of O's which indicates that it is under preforming the broad market. The Semi sector is continuing to go down further in a column of O's with each passing week, and is at Bear Confirmed and 18.5... The last time this sector reversed back into X's, it did so on dawn at 16, so we could fall even more. If INTC continues down 2 more O's, it will give a sell signal off the bottom and that would be very negative. We will wait for the next signal..but overall rather Bearish. Hope that helps...
