I am very long, and bought more this week. Now I am getting concerned about this financing. My first take was that they have another acquisition and I trust them to make a good deal, so I was comfortable. Now three things I read on Yahoo Board have bothered me. 1) There was talk that the cash was for operations (why? too much inventory?) 2) The conversion was to be 25-27% over current price (major dilution) 3) Cancelled (nobody would take the deal?)
