No I am not, I'm just saying it is oversaturated.

The key to being successful in this growing albeit very specialized space of the supermarket business is being first. Meaning getting the best locations and building your brand name.

A good example of this is the metropolitan Boston area. For years Bread and Circus, a division of Whole Foods has dominated. Recently two new companies, Nature's Heartland and Wild Oats have opened a total of seven stores in the area. They have had negligble effect on B&C's business largely because of the strong brand loyalty and the "A" locations B&C has acquired over the years.

My comments were in no way a slight against Texas, just an general observation on the nature of the business.
