hey, i understand <g>...as for the AMCI deal, maybe tom can set that record straight...i just posted what i remembered what he said...tom talks fast, and uses numbers and names intertwined with what he says...i just put out the best i could remember, but the main idea that stuck was the deal was withdrawn, and i think it had to be, to make the new deal work...besides, there isnt any shares to issue to him to complete the deal, and there wasnt the money, either...we got tom in the process, so that means we came out the best under the circumstances jp
