Ok then it will be May 29th and it is settled based on that ... however I am still going to buying on dips ...

This company is now being run by attorneys so it does not matter what is what or anything else. Nothing is going to be done without legal counsel regardless of what we think or say or speculate. The stop transfers are in place and will take an attorny of the company to remove them. The CUSIP and paperwork to NASDAQ is going ot be submitted and very possibly be done exactly what the company said it was going to do.

SHoot ... LOL ... I was hoping it would get extended.

All companies also get CUSIPs before declaring splits.

Except MIDL.

The issue is that NAZ have or may not have rules about retroactive
xdates. I haven't seen anything unambiguous on that and don't have
time to find out myself right now.
