I have no better idea of what Nieman is doing than anybody else. I would just point out that he took on a nearly impossible task under difficult circumstances. The situation AGTI finds itself was not his doing. You can lay that at Silzer's feet. Oh, and by the way, when Silzer was at the helm, the stock price was $11, $10, $9, ... $1, $.50, $.25 and $.22. It seems to me that the report card that needed scrutiny was Silzer's, not Neiman's. I also read MS's request for the log. If I have time I'll post it later tonight if anyone is interested.
