Well, at the edge of the congestion area we have TICK moving toward zero and TRIN struggling to remain in the 1.30 area.

Now it looks like the TICK is in positive terratory at the same time the index has cleared its congestion area. TRIN is backing down to 1.20 area. If this continues, this new buying interest will have the index challenge 8750 before the end of the day which may allow the market to close above this value. Actually intraday charting shows an important resistance that needs to be challenged that is above 8750, at about 8775.

Now it looks like 8750 was challenged unsuccessfully. DJIA reversed and is moving back to challenge the edge of that congestion area which begins at about 8725 and goes down to 8700.

I believe both public & funds finally wake up from denial in terms of techs, esp semi, semi equip groups. PC group will be next.

the only group (except internet) in tech that should still do ok is softwares that still add to productivity w/o increasing too much costs.
