Of course it will. Enhance user experience base on the performance of the PC is a good concept. You got what you paid for, you want to be boring surfing the web looking at the boring text it's up to you. For people who want to spend more they will see more things like 3D images and others.

People would prefer to shop on the web in 3D just like they are walking in the store click on the image that they like and buy it.
