I do not think the legal counsel gets up every monring to check the TA or paperwork that is not sent to him and apparently nothing was sent ... He does what is sent him... Generally the CUSIP and all is done through the TA from my understanding. So that is all I know right now. Except the leagl counsel has had to do the neccessary paperwork and all now. Like I said this company is in the hands of the attorneys and is getting worked out. There is a lot that was to supposed to be done and has not been so the attorneys are going to have to sort it out. I am being patient and John is moving right along with DF-144. He is not doing anything without legal advisement. GB
