SPTK info.

The $%*+(#( Yahoo board keeps changing on me. They had their Insider stuff on Spintek this morning. Now it's gone. I remember some selling in mid 1997, ending abruptly with the CEO buying 1.5 million in December. Right about this time, SPTK received a contract with the Mohegan Sun Casino--which probably was the initial validation of their technology. No additional buying or selling has taken place.

SPTK's technology can be retrofit onto nearly any slot machine. Each machine costs about $500, although that price is likely to decline with volume production. SPTK should clear at least $50 per machine. If this goes into 1 million machines a year, we could see $50 million in revenues. I will post some numbers from their latest contract when I track it down. The big hope is that Bally's and IGT build the technology into their slot machines. This would lower the labor costs substantially and increase profits dramatically. Agreements have already been signed with Bally's and IGT, but the customers are waiting on Nevada approval.

I think approval is nearly certain. Two signatures are required because it is harder to corrupt two people instead of one. The computer system is even harder to corrupt and provides management with numerous reports and archived information.
