Bull to all of you. Greg will back me up because...well...I'm the one who told him about the deal off line. The deal was not for operations...to cover them because they have too much inventory...the deal is because things are screaming and they need cash for either a) new production facilities or b)too purchase the additional production capacity in the form of a take over. I have spoken with Zev personally and he says the deal is not going to get done at these levels...not do to a lack of interest ( I have a friend who listened to the Pru conference call and there was plenty of interest) but due to the low share valuation and the fact that it would have been too dilutive at this point. Pru was on board as a rush to get the deal done and there is always the possibility that another investment banker could do the deal at a later date. If they wind up doing a debt placement it sure beats the heck out of anything else right now. Their new products kick butt. I am told their goal is a doubling of revs in 99 and that means 500 million which would value the company somewhere around a two billion market cap. They are doing the right things. If you sell it's the bottom. Don't let market frenzy lead your emotions. On the battle field it is the calm ones that live.

good luck
