In this day of peak P/E for industrials, scares of an equities slump, and earnings not meeting expectations for a large number of companies, try to be analytical. According to your post, the company news release said:

Currently in North America there are an estimated 925,000 above-ground storage tanks, predominantly used for the storage of oil and petroleum products. The refurbishment of these tanks requires washing with a cleansing fluid, often before and after stripping, then the stripping of both outside and inside surface areas. The market potential for this industrial application alone is expected to approach $100 million annually.

This kind of statement is forward looking and the source(s) of information should (or must) be cited. How does 1m storage tanks in NA translate into $100m sales annually for NIR? Do you have any idea?

At face value, that's $10,000 per tank if market penetration is 10% and tanks get done once every ten years. Are these appropriate assumptions?
