Actually, I emailed Neurostock to ask about the accelerator last week. Here is the response I got:

We are working on 2.1 but it is not ready for beta tests yet, I'll let you know when.

Yes, the NRE cost of producing the ASICs has kept us from going into production; at this point we don't know when we will be able to spend the capital.

The data is updated by a different company and we don't have much control over that ... for what is practically a free service is not all that bad; but, if you require longer files or guaranteed data you may have to go to a fee-based service such as quote.com.
