History indicates that U.S.G.S. estimates usually represent 25 percent to 40 percent of actual minerals in place. Mountain Energy has received acceptance on its purchase offer to acquire an additional 8,000 acres of mineral reserves in Lincoln and Raleigh counties in West Virginia. ROFL. Great DD on a now defunct company. However, this is not applicable to MTEI. And if you think that somehow it might be related, may I suggest you call Jack Uselton and run this history by him and see what he thinks. After Jack gets done laughing, he'll probably wonder why some people just have too much idle time on their hands. ICVI is no more. jhild, You know, at the risk of being bashed myself....I gotta tell you that that was some great detective work! Really top-rate! I mean it! And John Christiansen sounds like a VERY smart guy! Looks to me as though he went around creating different corporations just in case he might need them someday. That was a BRILLIANT move on his part! So....the first ones didn't seem to pan out too well, so then apparently he runs across Jack Uselton who needs to get public, and he tells him....hey, I've got a corporation all ready to go if you need one. And so then ICVI buys out Mountain Energy, (which John C.) is already President of.....and then John is out, and Jack U. and crew take over. THAT IS BRILLIANT!!!! That is absolutely BRILLIANT!!!! I LOVE IT when people do stuff like that! Cause it's not illegal, it's just having foresight and being ready and being in the right place at the right time. Oh....and BTW, forgot to tell you....the reason I got so impressed with what was done with the corporations, is because I have helped to set up many a corporation myself. It's easy to do....and as long as one pays the yearly fees, you're in good standing....even if you are just a shell. But when the time is needed, the corporation is there....ready and waiting! That's some nice DD But the only problem is, you wasted your time. I am not sure if you are aware of pf the following facts, but I strongly suggest you read them and remember them: 1. MTEI has nothing to do with Christensen or any of his past or present business dealings. 2. MTEI is longer retaining the services of Joe Gort, they are in the process of hiring another firm in California, who will REPLACE Joe Gort. 3. MTEI has absolutely NOTHING to do with casino boats. They are entirely into the energy business, Oil, Gas, and coal. 4. MTEI just purchased another 8,000 piece of land, and is currently exploring several other acquisitions, including land, as well as partnerships with other energy companies. 5. Jack Uselton and his other five associates have a combined total of over 200 years of experience in the energy business. 6. MTEI and its management are now the people who are in charge of MTEI, formerly ICVI. They now control all the goings on of the company, and are well poised to do so. 7. MTEI has the potential to progress and grow to be one of the most successful energy companies in the United States, and are achieving that goal as we speak; despite several unfounded rumors & MISINFORMATION, despite the attempts to smear the company's image, and to despite the constant attempts by paid shills, and individuals and firms who hold a short interest position in the company, be it illegal or not. 8. Hey child, (which one are you!) There are two ways to short a BB stock...one Illegal... the other.....unethical... 1st the illegal one: (MM's can't legally short under 5 bucks) Lets say you go to the super market a buy 'apples'.... you pay for them....then bring them home...easy... Then other people go to the same market and do the same thing... Pretty soon they run out of apples....the store calls their normal supplier of apples and finds out...they have none either.. The store then goes across town or out of state for their new supply of apples....but the price goes way up!!.... The next time you by apples you might pay twice as much! All because ...you and others brought your apples home with you. When you buy a penny stock and don't take posession of your shares.....guess what....they can (illegally) sell the same shares to someone else!!!.. (cause you didn't bring your apples home).....How many times have we been in a penny position, watching buying all day, and the price barely moves.... Not all MM's do this....but enough do, to make our trading that much more difficult......you might think you have a 'float covered' and yet the price stays the same... Then you can have MM's trading amongst themselves just to 'inch' the price down.....ever see 5 or 10 buys....and the price goes down?......another one of their tricks is to delay a 'buy' to make it look like a sell!..... You already have my position on stop loss trades. They're just trying to induce a panic-selloff so they can pick up some 'cheap shares'....if you fall for it 'you lose'.... then you try to buy back in....get caught in a runup.... and end up on the backside of another trade....(greed).... Theirs and 'Ours'.... Now the unethical one: (i'm not saying 'New To Area'.... is doing this. I'm just using his post to illustrate) Another way to drive the price down is to 'construct posts that will create 'Fear, Uncertanity & Panic''.... If enough people create enough negative posts they can drive the 'Ask' down......and or prevent 'new investors from buying'!. I received the following email late this afternoon from the state of Nevada concerning their website information. Mr. Winston Overstreet - Vice President of Operations for MTEI - confirmed the only link between ICVI and MTEI is the acquisition of the BB shell. Mr. Uselton was not available today as he had family in town. If Mr. Uselton is available Monday morning, I will speak to him then. If you have questions, the company is available and their office is open for your visit. The phone number is in the thread header. After spending hours on the phone today discussing Mountain Energy with Mr. Overstreet and several experienced people in the mineral, oil and gas industries, I feel comfortable with the direction of the company and will maintain my current holdings in MTEI.
