I think the ANALyst don't have a clue as to the earnings
estimates. Once COMS has one or two OK quarters, those
estimates will skyrocket....it's the old ANALyst estimates
game which is a bunch of crock...they're just sheep
making up those estimates, they tell people what they
want to hear.

Personally, once Modem's get started, everything else
will fall into place, and those estimates will get
whipped bad. AOL validating v.90 modem standard is
a very good thing. It's just too bad that it probably
won't be factored in this quarter, so we may have
more pain ahead... but I hope not.

My own personal opinion on earnings is that they will
meet numbers, but profit margins will be lower, and we'll
have to see how the market takes this. Profit
margins will increase in the future most definitely.

Then there's the Telecom merger equation; who knows,
this may change the picture a lot next month.

BOTTOM LINE; COMS is a good company, just get it for
the best price you can get and expect to hold on.
