Eric Charters and other professional newsletter writers are public spokespeople for the mining industry as a whole. As public figures they have a professionalism and responsibility that they should adhere to, a code of ethics so to speak. If they cross the line from professional analysis and reporting to petty ridicule of individual private investors they should be made accountable. E Charters has crossed the line of professional ethics far to many times and deserves whatever rebuttal that comes his way. JMHO

BTW: I find him to be quite knowledgeable as well, its just a shame that he is such a loose cannon.
