Casey's moneyflow charting method is looking pretty scary for TTRIF right now. Has anyone else been following that? Are you still with us Casey? TA boys? If it doesn't turn around, there might be a "thud" on the share price.

Sheldon,

<<3. He had noticed some discussion on protein content and made several points:>>

Did Rene also notice discussions about where is the financing and also the concern from the shareholders about the stock price. This is the big problem; he needs to focus on these issues rather than talking about protein. This is a good example of his lack of managing a company. I can't wait to vote for the directors next time, you can be sure I will not vote for him. The good thing about all this dultion(sp) is there is more shares to vote against him because I feel they have lost controlling interest. Shareholders don't forget how they were treated in good or bad times.

re: Court Hearing [repost from Yahoo! Market_ Trends TPP.V thread; link at bottom -- posts 593 & 594] as told by "vf500_"

What a long day, I was at the court hearing and here's my
Jun 13 1998, 4:32AM EDT, vf500_

1. Was supposed to start at 10am - actually started at 10:10

2. Lunny started off by dealing with the new evidence, the affidavit submitted by Liebowitz.

3. Lunny went through it paragraph by paragraph, bringing up hearsay and second hearsay very often and was backing it up from other court cases where affidavits were thrown out by various judges because of hearsay, lack of sources...

Lunny took about 30 - 35 min with his arguments as I am sure since this is his only chance to speak on this issue, he had to be very detailed.

4. Bowes started up at about 10:45 and stated that LL's affidavit was needed by TT. His time was short.

5. Bowes said and I quote "a judge can admit an affidavit whether it contains hearsay or not"

6. Bowes also said "there is hearsay in the affidavit"

7. Bowes stressed that Lunney had nearly a month to examine the affidavit.

8. 11:00 RECESS

9. 11:10, the Judge said someting to the effect that since the affidavit would have bearing on either side, it would not be proper for him to make a decision on its admissability on such short notice.

10. Judge asked Lunny if he was going to cross examine Liebowitz if the affidavit as submitted, Lunny responded "no".

11. Judge said that next week would be good for him and after consulting the registrar and the lawyers agreed, a date was set - a full day - for Friday June 19 at 10:00 am. The judge said that he will first deal with the admissability of the affidavit and will next hear the two parties and then he will render his DECISION.

I went up and talked to Mr. Liebowitz, told him my name and asked him if indeed he was the REAL L Liebowitz who countered Clements posting on SI. He said yes it was him. Liebowitz is maybe 40-45 years old and sort of looks like a little heavier Jerry Springer. (not fat, just not as thin as the real Jerry)

I sat right behind Ms. Kozak and joked and chatted with her and Stan a bit. Ms. Kozak looked very professional and is a very nice lady to talk to (I hadn't really ever talked to her before). She is an extremely classy lady. She looked quite sharp in her outfit as well.

It was nice to meet some of the other Trooper shareholders whom I had never met before. In total including Stan, Iwona, me... there was 12 or 13 people there. I think there was only 1 TTRIF shareholder. No Rene. The alleged TTRIF holder (I never spoke to him to confirm) was an older (55 or so?) gentleman.

The other TPP holders there were great guys, funny and very knowledgable on the issues at hand with TPP.

<<from Sheldon Fast on SI:>>
1. while talking to him he was informed that court is adjourned till next week Mr Lunney spoke for an hour, and did not wish to have L Liebowitz testimony allowed, when Justice Cohen was going to look at the material in the next week, Mr Lunney said he would not cross examine Liebowitz on the material. So much for the trial and execution of Thermo Tech. I am sure some of the many spectastors will expand on this
<<END>>

I don't know how Rene got his information but whoever he told, he exaggerated alot on the times and such. I was there. The entire session was barely over an hour itself. Liebowitz didn't have testimony, it was an affidavit Rene. -Oh, and guess who I saw outside --- acccccccck!! Gillian Guess!! Booooooooooooooooo!!!!! You'll never guess what she was doing in her time outside. CORRECT!! Re-applying her make-up and checking her short skirt to make sure her alleged chunky legs were showing. Typical.

I am extremely relaxed and even more at ease with my Trooper investment after today. A bunch of us went on a little field trip in the afternoon and WOW! was it fascinating and enlightening. TPP's future is fantastic in my opinion once TPP gets the case over with and gets on with things. These TTRIF shoreholders who keep knocking TPP have no idea as to what is really going on and that is their choice. You guys know the real deal here and thats all that matters. Things are in good hands. Remember MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT!.

Sorry for the late posting but I had a dinner appointment that I had to go straight to after the excursion.

Sheldon Fast : A very BIG error from Rene in your post!

3. He had noticed some discussion on protein content and made several points:

The measurement of protein is always done on a dry weight. That is, if 10% protein in the incoming stream that means on a hundred lbs of waste coming in made up of fibre, fat, carbohydrates, water and protein, 10 lbs is dried protein. The bacteria feed on the carbohydrates and fibre and multiply enormously, enhancing protein to about 35%. The bacteria do not have a chance to start using the protein as the time is too short (typically 24 hours) before they are dried. This is typical input and output numbers for the process. This also why this is a much better process than either cooking or composting. Composting ends up using the protein and leaving the fibre which then still has to be disposed of and is not a valuable product, smells while it is working and takes a lot of land and is a very slow.
<<END>>

See up there where you wrote Rene said "The measurement of protein is always done on a dry weight."

and below you state Rene said "That is, if 10% protein in the incoming stream that means on a hundred lbs of waste coming in made up of fibre, fat, carbohydrates, water and protein, 10 lbs is dried protein."

See the contradiction? carbohydrates, WATER and protein! Rene said DRY WEIGHT! (there he is trying to confuse people by comparing apples to oranges again)

If lettuce is say 90% water. So 100 lbs of lettuce is 10 lbs dry weight. Therefore according to Rene, he is getting only 1, ONE pound of protein for that 100 lbs of original lettuce waste. ie 10% of the 10 lb dry weight is only one pound! 1% protein from the original 100 lbs.

on a different tangent now - nothing relating to you directly Sheldon:

<<The bacteria feed on the carbohydrates and fibre and multiply enormously, enhancing protein to about 35%>>

and

<<Composting ends up using the protein and leaving the fibre which then still has to be disposed of and is not a valuable product, smells while it is working and takes a lot of land and is a very slow.>>

First Rene states that the bacteria use the carbs and FIBRE FIRST and then he says later these same bacteria LEAVE the fibre. Rene has before stated himself that these bacteria are naturally present so they are naturally the same bugs. Why this contradiction on fibre being used and not being used by the same bugs?

<<The bacteria do not have a chance to start using the protein as the time is too short (typically 24 hours) before they are dried.>>

So now Rene the process has gone from 72 hours to 48 hours and now to 24 hours??

What next, are you going to state next that the product get instantly digested and dried as soon as it is feed into the system?

<<This also why this is a much better process than either cooking or composting.>>

Why the air heaters in your system and the heating coils in the tanks? A true thermophilic process does not need heating coils to create heat nor does it need the air heated, the process should be self sustaining!

Rene, you are really grasping now - how much different is your end product from dried garbage?

Why does it have to be diluted on a 1:10 basis? Why can't it be used on its own at 100% strength?
