My 2 cents on the topic of corporations. As a businessman, I have several corporations that I have formed in the past that are ready for use. I formed them for one reason or another, mainly on an idea. 3 Corps I use every day. 2 I just keep current with the filings so that I can use them in the future. I can elect anyone as President with a shareholder meeting. Its done every single day many times. As far as Jack being the "head" of MTEI as was stated, in terms of paperwork, that is a technicalilty that can be quickly changed. P.S I speak from knowledge with Indiana Corps only. O-man

Hi! Sorry.....I've been gone for a while. I don't think I understand your question. What you said is what I said too. So, where are our differences? You said that Mountain Energy was already created. That's what I said too. You said that Jack Uselton was not the head of it when it was formed. That's what I said too. So....where are our differences?
