Brady, I just figured it out. Here's the theory of the day and a weekend humor send-off:

At the Yacht Club, Hayton meets Meatchem in San Diego (they really did meet in SD). At the San Diego Yacht Club, Hayton meets Jon Tara, who I'm informed lives in San Diego. Hayton beats Tara in a yacht race. Tara becomes so pissed and won't quit harping on Zulu.

Brady, there isn't much DD you can do on this company, though.

We don't even have financial statements. If you can't put your hands on current and historical income statements and balance sheets, then you have failed DD, and should not invest.

But I agree with your statement. I (or anyone) would be a great asset to the board if I were able to post the financial statements that the company is unwilling to share with it's shareholders.
