Strong indeed. Closed out my Puts (opened near the 52 week highs) when it broke to a new daily high at 43 5/8. I'll be stalking it when it gets up there again. Congratulations, Steve.

What is it that they say about "Buy on the rumor, sell on the news"?

I wonder if CMGI will get as much support after the fund window-dressing period ends in a couple of weeks.

I continue to watch the similarities between CMGI's behavior now and its behavior in December 1995. Look at a five-year chart at quote.yahoo.com note the volume spike in Nov-Dec 1995 and Apr-Jun 1998 and CMGI's past history and tell me I'm crazy.

A great company that has become quite expensive due to market enthusiasm in the last 18 months, which I expect to be much less expensive in the next 18. I'd be buying again under $20.

Doug (sold out of CMGI at average 400% gain in 13 months after buying below MSFT's price of $7.25, split adjusted, in 1996.)

June 11, 1998 story begins:
"CMG Information Services (CMGI), a onetime Wall Street unknown which found Internet stardom just a few short months ago, laid an egg on Thursday, announcing third quarter earnings that were a 45 percent surprise to the downside.:
