I know IDX was on that list, but I read it as an historical list -- including settled cases -- rather than an announcement of a new filing against Identix. The actual report seems to indicate an increasing likelihood of less nuisance suits in the future, based on suppositions. David PS -- Buck, we know things are better than that. A higher profile didn't work too well for Fowler last quarter, and clearly there's a low profile this time out. I always like to underpromise rather than overpromise, so I'll hold my fire.
