TO ALL:

Come to the Party Room. There are a couple of naysayers (JC 1998) but we have a rule that says we cannot reply to them and if we feel we must, it must be replied to on this board.

By the way, I can still acess the Zulu vs DCLK board.

Charles, welcome to SI and joining our little discussion thread.

Jon Tara, OC or anyone would certainly NOT have any effect on ZULU's Stock price or any stock for that matter unless of course they hold a controlling position i.e. 10% control or more.

He can badmouth till the cows come home it wont make a bit of difference. This is a public vehicle, not a controlled one.

In a free market like this one, price is only controlled by buying and selling and the MM's Market Makers can have some influence, however ultimately it's the buying public, who determine price.

Because of the amount of a] shares outstanding 50,000,000, b] the lack of financial disclosure / c] ltd. knowledge of the $50 MM PP / d] merger details i.e. conversion ratio and e] lack of clarity of the corporate business plan we sit in the PATETHIC $0.34

If any of the above change so too will the price
