Re: Seibel

I found the following this a.m.

>>Big bets against Siebel

Somebody is awfully pessimistic about high-flying Siebel Systems, betting heavily over at least the past two sessions that the stock will drop from its current level of 24 9/16 before the end of the week. Last Friday, about 1,400 contracts of June 25 puts (SGQ=RE) crossed the tape and on Monday, another 1,700 contracts changed hands. Eric Upin, analyst at BancAmerica Robertson Stephens, said investors may be betting against the company's recently completed merger with Scopus Technology. See OptionsWatch<<

Roger - Do you think there is any cause for concern with this recent sell-off in FSTW? Volume has been above average and the stock continues to slide despite a recovery in the NASDAQ today. We haven't been this low since January. With many stocks making new 52 week lows, the market seems to have little tolerance for companies operating at a loss or lacking significant positive news.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
