On the other hand, Bob, have you ever heard any CEO (except maybe Buffett) say that his company was overvalued by the market, no matter how high the price was? I guess the company reps have to defend whatever the market values it at because the shareholders would scream bloody murder if they did say it was overvalued. Can you imagine the vitriol that would be directed toward a CEO who made the stock go down by saying it was overvalued? The culture forces one to defend what the market says.

She, BTW, sold 30,000 shares (about $1.9 mil at the time) on Feb 3&4. Not that she's not
entitled to the cash, but I don't think she owned much more than that, if any. Hardly says she
thought it was fairly valued. I'll have to check back to see when she made the "EBITDMA"
comments.

Bob,

She has sold a lot more than that since inception. Try about a total of $5.5 million. She does have more shares I believe. I suppose she has to pay college tuition for her children and needed $5.5 million prior to taxes.

bob, in manic bull markets company management is extremely touty and their word is gospel b/c it is what the bulls want to believe, oh so badly.

even if they are 0 for 10 in prior touts. the herd just keeps believing. xlnx had no growth for 6 qs in a row and each time management said next q would be great. finally the masses caught on - after 18 months of unadulterated bs.

this is nothing new. the herd over in amzn may be just as slow...
