The VLSI tests have gone very well. Of course each handset design will have its own set of problems, RF and baseband both. VLSI is aware of this and will provide tools and support to the qualified handset vendors.

DSPC uses more chips.

Qualcomm chips are ok, but VLSI should be able to compete with price.

I dont think Motorolla ever got the chip right. They are buying now from QCOM subsidary!
