On post #12926 dated June June 2 1998 at 7:53pm, I advised you that market forces were in place to drag down share price. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened.
My syndicate represents in excess of 1 million shares of DGIV. Our attorney is well-connected in the OTC/BB industry. I was in DGIV before it was even a company. And I remain a member of the team.
If you really care and believe in our company, are in it for the long haul to make money, and are sick and tired of the banal nonsense that is being fed to you on this thread by your so-called leaders, I invite you to write me at dgiv1@aol.com and express your thoughts and comments.
If you so desire to get in the "right" side instead of the hype-side you're currently in, I can help you. No, I am not going to hype you or pump you up. I will tell you the fact from the fiction, the real from the unreal.
Here's the deal:
1. If you are a member of the SI DGIV thread leadership or one of its strong followers, I don't want you and will NOT permit you into my group. There will be NO exceptions to this. I will require you to submit to my personal investigation to determine whether or not you're a shill for them.
2. If you believe the information and stories that the thread leaders and their followers put out, STAY WITH THEM and best of luck to you.
3. If you really have doubts about who they are, what they're doing, and why they're doing it, you're going to have to prove it to me slowly bit for bit over time so acceptance will not come easily.
If you're interested, you're going to have a perfect opportunity to test your wherewithal because there will be the "expected" tirade against me once I publish this post. The Rocketeer mindless Army Ants will be coming out of the woodwor.
You, and only you, must determine for youself who you believe and which team you want to be a part of. But you can't be a member of both teams.
If we welcome you in, we will never post anything of value EVER on the SI thread. We monitor the thread so if we see you posting, you're out. ALL COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE VIA SPECIAL CODE NAMES THROUGH AOL which will be divulged to you only after full acceptance.
Beyond your obvious motives to want the join the REAL team, you must:
1. Be honest and sincere in your desire to see DGIV reach its full potential over time.
2. You must own in excess of 50,000 shares and prove it via fax of your broker statement. We're not interested in the small investors and parade watchers. We want real people who are strong in DGIV, long on its future, and want to be a part of the team.
3. You must be willing to listen and follow directions EXACTLY as we outline them to you. If not, STAY WHERE YOU ARE! For example, if you don't understand and appreciate that our current share price is absolutely, unequivocably the best thing that can happen to us WITHOUT us explaining to you why, then... Don't waste your time!
4. You must agree to abide by what we stand for, what we are looking to accomplish, and our overall philosophy and strategy on investing.
This is an absolute requirement. So, if you want to do your own thing, offer up garbage from the SI thread, don't waste your time here. We're professional business people with a mission. We don't you if you're here to play games.
It's up to you. But be warned, we work hard and we do not tolerate fools. All accepted offers are for a probationary period of no less than 90 days or longer than 180 days. A binding and exclusionary agreement is required which we recommend you seek legal counsel on before signing and joining of our group. We do not fool around.
So, don't waste our time, please.
