"He made himself available to the SEC by coming to Denver.
Seems like if he was a fake, he'd still be in SA."

Respectfully, I am not entirely sure if that is relevant. As I recall John Felderhof was in Toronto accepting the "Prospector of the Year" (or something similar) award, just a few short weeks before all hell broke loose with Bre-x. At the award ceremony I believe he stated that 200 million ounces were possible. We all know the results of that.

Not the same, I know, and perhaps an unfair comparison, but makes a point that just because he shows up in the U.S. at company expense, means nothing.

Lets say that worst case, he is challenged by the SEC. All he has to say is that he did the best that he could and that in his opinion the gold was there. Or maybe just, oops, I goofed.

I have a funny feeling that john is going to tell me to "drop dead" again. :-))

SS,

Believe as you wish. Geologically, what has been done based on MINE statements cannot infer 150 million oz Au. If you want to believe it, that's your business. Bear in mind the SEC has much less authority and MINE much less reporting responsibility as a BB trader. It's your money invested, not mine.
