Also If you go to that website and search on International Casino Cruises, you get a "no such company" message which confirms that we are seeing the renamed listing for ICVI as MTEI. The officer names have not been changed is all. This seems to me a bit of an inferential leap. Normally incorporation records note changes in company name. But let's assume you're right: the company name has been changed; the officers' names have not. WHY not? Seems to me very strange indeed. If you amend a document, I should think that you'd amend it all at once, not bit by bit, with concomitant fees...
