CVIA Board of Directors = CVIA Management = Jack Arnold = Pharmacist = 1 for 300 reverse split = 2nd Reg "S" = giving away CVIA"S ñ$500,000 of corporate funds = serving his own "self interest" = taking CVIA away from it's shareholders So what is the story, did Jack not tell Cleve the second Reg S was on hold?
