Nick,

It does not do much good to put a product through the FDA approval cycle, only to have to resubmit the product when further enhancements are made. I believe that once the Bilichek is improved to the point of satisfaction of both SPRX and Respironix, then the clinical studies and submittal will be performed. They may already be at or beyond this point.

What you are witnessing is a company with a conservative business plan going forward and executing on that plan. Respironix has responded with real cash to SPRX for milestones met on a real product. What major medical manufacturer has responded to CCSI with real cash for the Colormate publicly thus far?

I believe the long's (and Darby herself, if you believe those posting here) have committed to making 'THE DEAL' public by today!

Still waiting!!!!!

Rockin' Robin

>>>Please refer to the various releases from CCSI along with the rebuttals to Mr. ASSensio's (sic)reports. They are self explanatory.<<<

Self serving is a better description in my opinions. I'd suggest you read up on FBN Associates. There is an object lesson there for folks who rely too much on releases from the company.

>>>In case you are not aware, Ms. Payne, the FDA approval process is the toughest in the world.<<<

god bless america. You'd think that CCSI wouldn't have any problem getting overseas approval then. As a matter of fact you'd expect it. And the company has represented a HUGE overseas market. Why haven't they been able to sell Colormate if there really is demand? The pieces just don't add up.

>>>Having International approvals or sales, doesn't mean anything for the US market.<<<

Nope, just for the company's bottom line.

>>>If SPRX's has a good product, where is the FDA approval. I agree that they would be a better company if they had the FDA approval, but that is not on the horizon.<<<

I don't know anything about SPRX.
