Bill asked you if you could prove that a non-donor got a waiver a la Schwarz at Loral. Go back and read it, that is not what he asked. He asked if anyone got waivers without contributing. Now by his own admission, the companies I named got waivers in the current term without contributing in the 96 campaign. Furthermore, since the accusation is on your part (that clinton was selling waivers) and this is "innocant until proven guilty" country, the burden of proof is on your case.
