When they first changed to their new webpage about two weeks ago, I sent them an email complaining about the speed of down loading the new web page, because such speed can be a factor in losing potential buyers. Well, two weeks later the web page has changed, and through my 28 baud modem I can not believe the speed of the down load. Any company that works with such a fast response to their customers are bound to succeed.
