>>The truth will become evident over the next 6 months. I have no proof other than hype, misleading statements and innuendo appearing in other internet locations. BUT FWIW:

a. I wouldn't count on the Telnor deal.

b. Chase and CSGI will no longer be partners much longer since the business and contracts are not there. <<

Al

Very interested in your early comments as above. Cards on the table, I have a vested interest in Chase Technology and am very disturbed at some of the rumours I have heard about Chase's supposed tie ups with CSGI. However I need proof before I can do something about it.

If you can't give me actual proof, can you point me to these other internet locations you mention that might actually help me.

If you are uncomfortable with any of the above, I understand.

Charlie -

As you, I am also quite disturbed about this talk regarding Chase and Consygen not getting along.

Is there any truth to this ?

I heard that Chase had actually added another 2 or 3 full time people in their marketing of CSGI. That doesn't seem like a strained relationship to me.

If there is no bad relationship or problems, then you may wish to post this and kill these ugly rumors at once.

We also need to be in open and honest communication of this matter to make sure we are aware of who (if anyone) is spreading these lies.

I don't have to tell you that with your IPO coming up, this isn't good publicity to have.<<

The man is full of sh*t.

All the best

And before anyone starts flaming, we all know who I am!!

Is anybody going to the shareholders meeting on Wednesday? Maybe we can get Mr. Jardy's questions answered.

a. Is the Telnor deal dead as I am thinking it is by reading things here

b. Tech talked about how Chase got Alydaar many deals and then dumped them for CSGI. If CSGI is supposed to be better then why can't Chase get any deals for CSGI?

c. What IBM deal in Singapore?

d. What promises were given the European investors to make them want to buy CSGI. If they are aggravated then maybe they were told things that are not coming true.

e. Market maker conspiracy? I don't understand this but it sounds important but does CSGI think this is true?

f. Why did Bob Stewart dump his shares at the the all time low price and before the shareholders meeting? Is he really this dumb or is he sending everyone a message?

g. Have the Hong Kong relative's shares been sold off?

h. Is the stock being shorted and by who and why?

i. Have shares been shifted or sold not in the SEC filings?

j. What money has come from the contracts we saw in the press releases?

k. Does CSGI blame anyone for their problems?

l. Does CSGI plan to file for bankruptcy or considered it?

m. What is the price CSGI thinks there stock should be at?

n. These is no n.

o. What does CSGI know about Tech. Is he the mastermind behind all this lies and distortion or just someone who is saying crazy things on the internet?
