The company is not diluting anymore but they are still creating more shares in the float by selling their insider shares. They are not buying up the shares that they diluted but instead making more. Real upset.

"I think an 8K stating there will not be a reverse split in it would do more for me than the next press release". Xmas present for shareholders? Spencer is crafty not stupid. A little to early IMHO to make a decision on the issue. But certainly worth discussing. If revenues go up and up, he may repurchase on the open market to set the tone. With class - he does not have to announce it on record. We nerds will find it. Then options are still open. A little honey spreads a long way. Best wishes:)
