Wonder what happens if you accidentally stick a HiFD into an old style floppy drive? Do you get disk munch?

Sony invented the 3.5" disk - that's for sure! And their vision brought them to HiFD. Right? That's what I call marketing all right.

A little late dontcha think?

Seems Iomega had a little less myopia.

To be sure, Japan's really hurting just now. I expect Sony's feeling the pinch too. A hurtin' company's a tough competitor - but so were Imation and Syquest.
