Now that is a solid post with solid facts... You are right ... John Spriggs originally had the patents and still does and I would guess that since DF messed up everything else that he probably flubbed the patents on his part too. So John is still in the driving seat since John is the orginal holder and no one but John knows what DF-144 is or how it is made.

Until the patents are issued according to John He has them and they are assigned to Midland. As far as the expiration on the ohter ones know DF he probably let that like everything expire.

Because nothing seem to get done as far as paperwork goes I doubt nothing did.

But Roberts & Brownell may have a better claim on the title!

D--- F--- can't even get the name of the law firm right for the press release, how's he going to get them to steal patent rights away from Arcon?
