In order for Utah to enforce their class V dumping laws, should there be an open, functioning disposal well set up 1st ? We know that this is coming, but unless I missed the fanfare, this hasn't happened quite yet. C'mon Envirotech... everyone's holding their breath in anticipation. Durro (I'm still around, Peter !)
