What do you guys think of yesterday's action?

I think SanDisk looked attractive to many people at 14, but, not wanting to cheer your guys up it could be one more of those resistances SNDK succeeded to pass through : 20, 18, 15, 14, now the bottom is only 14 points away.

Earnings restatement - SEC filing June 1

Jim, don't know if it is you who asked about it.

In fact, 1996 earnings were restated to reflect accounting rules change made in 1997. =>Basic earnings per share, Diluted earnings per share.

There's nothing to worry about in this case.
