I did notice that its volume over the past few days has been double to almost triple its normal volume.

No matter what happens, these stocks don't move agressively upward until oil gets to $16 or $17 and stays there with a bias towards the upside.

When that happens, the EXACT OPPOSITE of what happened this week will happen and it will last longer than a week.

I can't imagine that anyone producing oil is excited about $13 to $14 oil....and at less than $13, they are probably pissed at the short selling speculators....I have a feeling that a surprise announcement could come out of OPEC and non-OPEC...one that would knock the socks off the short sellers...if that happens, the promise better be kept. Because if it isn't, the resulting drop would be even more vicious.
